How do I contribute data?
Preparing to contribute to the ICOR consists of a few steps.

What data is collected?
The ICOR dataset has been designed to allow prompt complete data collection. Use of the REDCap database means that data collection can be completed at the bedside using either a laptop or a handheld device with internet access as the platform is web based.
How do I get an information pack?
If you are a surgeon and you use CardioCel, please complete this form and return a signed copy to michelle.byrnes@health.qld.gov.au or posted to QPCR, Level 4, Centre for Child Health Research, Queensland Children's Hospital, South Brisbane QLD, 4101.
Do I have to pay anything to contribute to ICOR?
No, the Registry is funded by LeMaitre and there is no cost to surgeons or patients to participate.
